Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just getting started, this is the place for you.
👟 Join us— no experience needed and all paces welcome, walking or running, whatever your style. We’re all about the social aspect of exercising and having fun. The first week will be a cruisy 3-5km. The meeting point/route may change week to week so DM us or take note of recent posts.

📍 **meet at Shellharbour Little Park (opposite ocean beach hotel) followed by coffee or a swim at the beach**
