Welcome
Welcome to RunDais.
RunDais exists to create a connected, engaging and accessible running ecosystem for every Australian runner.
Every event listed on the Platform contributes to that ecosystem. Event organisers play an important role in helping runners discover events, participate with confidence and connect with the broader running community.
These Event Listing Guidelines explain the standards we expect event organisers to follow when creating, publishing and maintaining event listings on RunDais.
These Event Listing Guidelines work together with the RunDais Terms and Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms have the same meaning as defined in the RunDais Terms unless the context requires otherwise.
1. Our Shared Responsibility
RunDais exists to help runners discover great experiences and participate with confidence.
Event organisers play an important role in achieving that goal. By publishing an event on RunDais, you help create a trusted, accurate and engaging experience for the broader running community.
These Guidelines are designed to support that shared responsibility.
2. Creating Event Listings
Event organisers are responsible for ensuring every listing published through the Platform is accurate, complete and current.
Every listing should provide runners with sufficient information to understand the event and make an informed decision about participation.
Where possible, listings should include the event name, organiser, date and time, location, description, distances or formats, registration information, pricing, participant requirements and any other information reasonably required by participants.
3. Accuracy and Currency
Information published through the Platform should remain accurate throughout the lifecycle of an event. Organisers should update their listing as soon as reasonably practicable following any material change, including changes to dates, venues, schedules, pricing, registrations, course information, event status or participant information.
4. Images and Content
Organisers should only publish content they own or are authorised to use. Images and descriptions should accurately represent the event and should not mislead participants. Organisers remain responsible for all content published through their listings.
5. Reviews
RunDais encourages genuine participant feedback. Organisers must not publish false or misleading reviews, manipulate ratings, offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews or interfere with genuine participant feedback. Organisers are encouraged to invite participants to leave honest reviews following an event.
6. Event Standards
Event listings should accurately represent the event, provide complete and current information, respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others and help runners make informed participation decisions.
Listings must not contain false or misleading information, impersonate another organisation or event, promote unlawful activity, contain offensive or discriminatory material, include spam or otherwise breach these Guidelines or the RunDais Terms.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Where reasonably practicable, organisers should update their listing as soon as possible following any significant change, including cancellation, postponement, venue changes or substantial schedule changes. Where appropriate, organisers should also communicate directly with registered participants.
8. Moderation
RunDais may review event listings to maintain the quality and integrity of the Platform. Where we reasonably believe a listing does not comply with these Guidelines, the RunDais Terms or applicable law, we may request corrections, temporarily remove a listing while information is verified, remove a listing or suspend an organiser’s ability to publish listings where appropriate.
9. Changes to these Event Listing Guidelines
We may update these Event Listing Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, Services or the way event listings operate. If we make a significant change, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

RunDais Community Guidelines
Version 1.0 | Effective date: 6 July 2026
Version history

Welcome
Welcome to RunDais.
RunDais exists to create a connected, engaging and accessible running ecosystem for every Australian runner.
Running is more than exercise. It creates connection. It builds belonging. It brings communities together. Every event, every club, every volunteer and every runner contributes to something bigger than themselves.
These Community Guidelines explain how we can all contribute to making RunDais a trusted, welcoming and valuable place for every runner.
Today, these Guidelines primarily apply to reviews shared through the Platform. As RunDais grows, they will also apply to any feature that allows Members to contribute content or interact through the Platform.
These Community Guidelines work together with the RunDais Terms and Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms have the same meaning as defined in the RunDais Terms unless the context requires otherwise.
1. Why these Community Guidelines exist
Every contribution shapes the experience of the next runner.
Whether you’re sharing a review, recognising a great event or helping someone discover a new club, your contribution helps strengthen the running community.
Our goal is not simply to host content. It is to foster a community that is welcoming, trusted and valuable for everyone.
2. How We Participate
Before you post, review or contribute, ask yourself one simple question:
Does this strengthen the running community?
We encourage every Member to contribute in a way that is:
• Helpful — Share experiences that help others.
• Honest — Write from your own experience and be fair.
• Respectful — Different opinions are welcome. Personal attacks are not.
• Inclusive — Running is for everyone.
• Positive — Celebrate participation and provide constructive feedback.
3. Reviews
Reviews are one of the most valuable contributions Members can make.
A thoughtful review helps other runners make informed decisions and provides valuable feedback to organisers, clubs and Partners.
We encourage reviews that are:
• based on your own experience;
• honest and balanced;
• specific and helpful;
• respectful in tone; and
• written with future runners in mind.
Constructive feedback helps events improve. Personal attacks do not.
We may remove content that is false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, promotional spam, intended to manipulate reviews or otherwise inconsistent with these Community Guidelines.
4. Moderation
To protect the integrity of the community, RunDais may review, edit, restrict or remove content that does not meet these Community Guidelines, the RunDais Terms or applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may issue warnings, restrict participation in community features or suspend or terminate Accounts.
We aim to apply these Guidelines fairly, consistently and in the best interests of the broader running community.
