Love the course, being a point to point. Feels like a great sense of accomplishment. Support from locals out on course is very fun

My first ever ultra, and really what made me fall in love with trail events. Amazing community atmosphere with supporters plus great vibes from other entrants. Highly recommend
Always love running the Two Bays 56km! The whole course has such a great vibe - mixed terrain, some serious elevation and plenty of windy trails to keep things interesting.
The journey back to the finish loops through gorgeous trails, sandy sections and bushland before opening up to those stunning ocean views. Then it’s home to the finish with spectators cheering you on, plus hugs and lemonade waiting at the end.
The aid stations are always incredibly well set up and the flat Coke was an absolute saviour out there. I’ll definitely be back again next year!
The Two Bays Trail Run is easily one of the most scenic and enjoyable trail events I’ve taken part in. The course is absolutely beautiful, with constantly changing scenery that keeps the whole run interesting — from bushland trails to coastal views, there’s always something new to look at. It’s a challenging race, but in the best possible way, and the atmosphere makes it feel more like an adventure than a competition.
One of the highlights every year is the Boneo Road aid station, which feels more like a party than a checkpoint. The volunteers bring so much energy and encouragement that it gives you a huge boost right when you need it most. The whole event has a really friendly, welcoming community vibe, with runners supporting each other the whole way.
The finish line experience is just as good, with beautifully designed finisher medals that feel like a real reward for the effort put in. It’s clear a lot of care goes into every part of this event, from the course to the support crew to the final details.
If you love trail running, great scenery, and a positive community atmosphere, this is a race that should definitely be on your list. 🏃♂️🌿🏅🎉
