About Tight Knit Wellbeing

Tight Knit Wellbeing is led by Jenna, an accredited running coach who works with beginner to intermediate runners. She focuses on helping people start and stick with running, or train for event milestones like a 5k, 10k or half marathon, with an emphasis on long-term sustainability rather than just chasing faster times.

Jenna keeps a small client base, so each runner gets close attention, regular contact and a program that fits around real-life schedules. Her coaching combines running with strength work to support performance, reduce injury risk and build confidence.

CAH Sole Mates – Coached Group Sessions (Colac)

A free, coached group in partnership with Colac Area Health.

Includes:
  • Coached group sessions for all levels in Colac
  • Focus on running technique, strength and wellness principles
  • Emphasis on sustainable habits and community support
  • Free to attend (funded via Colac Area Health)
