Vigor Run Coaching, led by Liam, offers a fun, adventurous and holistic approach to running and an active lifestyle. The focus is on regular training, group sessions and supportive community, with options for runners of all ages and abilities — from new runners building up to 10km through to marathoners logging long runs.
Alongside the running group, Liam provides coaching programs, remedial massage, naturopathy and nutrition support as part of Vigor’s mission to help people train consistently, return from injury or illness, and improve performance.
Services
Weekly Running Sessions
3 times a week; 2 workout and a long run
- Tuesday – Princes Park (Recreational / Long Distance)
- Thursday – Collingwood Athletics Track
- Sunday Long Run – from Collingwood Athletics Track
Run Technique Session
1–3 runners, 1-hour session
- Technique analysis to improve speed and reduce injury risk
- iPad video filming with immediate feedback
- Drills and discussion, leaving runners with clear takeaways to work on
Coaching Programs

Remedial Massage, Naturopathy & Nutrition
1:1 services provided directly by Liam
- Support regular exercise
- Assist in recovery from injury or illness
- Complement performance-focused training

What to expect
- A big, supportive exercise community with a social, fun training environment
- Four weekly running sessions that cater to different abilities and ages
- Encouragement for all new runners to:
- Book a coaching consultation to discuss training, goals and diet
- Complete a running technique session for speed and injury-prevention benefits
- Sessions that follow a consistent structure:
- Easy group warm-up
- Brief stretching and strides
- Effort-based work with recovery adjusted to ability
- Easy cool-down and stretch within the hour
Qualifications
- Sports Science degree
- Coaching qualifications for all sports he coaches
- Experienced Naturopath
- Experienced Remedial Massage Therapist
