Run Ready provides personalised run coaching, strength & conditioning, and physiotherapy for runners of all ages and abilities. Established in 2012, they are recognised as one of Melbourne’s leading running and athletics coaching providers. Their programs support kids, teens and adults through evidence-based coaching, performance development and comprehensive rehab services.
The team is led by Nick and Jo Bowden, who bring decades of high-level coaching experience across running, athletics and strength development.

- Coach educator for World Athletics & Athletics Australia
- Coached Australian U20 teams (Beijing 2006, Bydgoszcz 2008)
- Head Coach of Athletics & XC at Wesley College (2000–2009)
- Coached Ben Buckingham from schoolboy steeplechaser → Tokyo Olympian (2021)
- Currently coaching at Sacre Coeur

Jo Bowden — Director, Running Coach & Strength & Conditioning Coach

- Oversees programs serving 300+ athletes weekly
