Ollie helps people of every fitness level turn pain into progress. He will ask about the injury that brought you in and about the goals that keep you training. Whether you want to finish a first 5 k, drop a par-split off the bike leg or run the local trail loop without knee pain, the plan starts with what drives you.

Outside the clinic Ollie swims, bikes and runs at triathlons, so he understands how tight schedules and long sessions load the body. His sideline work with a local football club gives him extra skill in managing acute knocks and guiding athletes through safe return to play.
