Ollie Malley helps people of all fitness levels turn pain into progress. He starts by understanding the injury that brought you in and the goals that keep you training — whether that’s a first 5 km, smoother bike splits, or running a local trail loop without knee pain.
As a triathlete himself, and with experience as a sports trainer for a local football club, he understands tight schedules, long sessions and acute knocks, and how to guide athletes safely back to full training.
