About Luke Pryor

Luke Pryor combines two decades of sport-science experience with the clinical training needed to help athletes navigate anxiety, self-doubt, burnout and performance blocks. Based on the Sunshine Coast and working almost entirely online, he supports runners, cyclists and triathletes from anywhere.
He brings a background in strength & conditioning, years at the Victorian Institute of Sport, and more than thirty ultramarathon finishes — all of which shape his practical, process-driven approach.
