Intermediate social trail running. This is a diverse group of runners that caters for a wide range of abilities – slower, fast or recovering. Frequent stops allow the group to keep together and the faster runners to do some extra mileage.

Intermediate – advanced social trail running The route starts at Chambers Gully, with an immediate climb. The payoff is the amazing scenery and views of the city. It is mainly wide single track and fire track, with a little bitumen at the end. It also has friendly resident kangaroos. 11 – 15 km with 350m elevation gain.

Intermediate social trail running *This group is based in Belair, but isn’t afraid to shake it up and visit other locations. It regularly rotates through Belair, Waite, Shepherds Hill, Sturt Gorge and other locations including the odd beach run.
