About Stuart Stevenson

Stuart Stevenson is a physiotherapist with over two decades of clinical experience and a lifetime of running behind him. His background as a track athlete still shapes the way he assesses, treats and plans load for runners today.
Across 20+ years he has managed everything from classic over-use issues to complex spinal presentations, always guided by the same principles: move well, load smartly, respect the nervous system, and measure rather than guess.
He has a particular interest in the relationship between spinal mechanics, hypermobility and dysautonomia — a combination that often underlies recurring tightness, scapular restrictions or unexplained post-run dizziness in runners.
