About Grace Liebelt

Hello! My name is Grace and I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Nutritionist, Cooking Coach, grazing caterer, and marathon runner.

I grew up and completed my Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics at Flinders University in Adelaide, and I am now based in Sydney, working as the Head Dietitian at Grams of Health. I have a special interest in endurance sports nutrition, women’s health, gut health, and disordered eating.

What I bring to practice is a calm, compassionate, food-first, evidence-based approach, working closely with clients to support both performance and wellbeing across all stages of life. I understand that health and nutrition are complex and influenced by many interconnected factors. This is why I genuinely enjoy exploring these layers with my clients, uncovering what is truly driving their concerns, and determining how best to support meaningful, lasting outcomes. I believe getting to the root cause is key, rather than simply band-aiding the symptoms.

With seven years of running experience, I have completed seven full marathons with six of them under 3-hours and two under 2-hour, 50minutes. I’ve experienced the highs of personal bests and the lows of injuries, which allows me to relate to clients navigating similar challenges. I provide a personable, evidence-based approach to running-specific nutrition, combining professional expertise with lived experience to support clients in achieving their individual running goals. Whether it’s starting a first marathon training block, providing advanced race nutrition strategies, or supporting recovery and injury prevention, I offer a personalised service. This includes tailored nutrition recommendations, product guidance, meal plans, and recipe development; all designed to help clients practically implement dietary changes into their daily life and see results.
Feel free to reach out via the link in my profile to book a consultation and work together to optimise your health and wellbeing through a food first approach!
