I've been swim-bike-running for almost 15 years, and been working in sports nutrition for a decade… and as cliché as it sounds, I honestly believe nutrition is the key to good performance - for your sports performance, for your mental performance, and for your performance in life.
I've been lucky enough to work with some incredible people in this world. From every day people doing extraordinary things, to elite athletes, Juniors with Olympic dreams, World record holders and Ironman World Championship athletes.

Who Christie Works With
I predominantly work with endurance and ultra endurance athletes (half and full marathon runners, trail runners, ultra trail runners, triathletes and ironman athletes)

Christie’s Running Experience
I completed my first half marathon when I was a naive 19-year old, on the Great Ocean Road which of course, is more than 21.1km! I swore I would never run another one, and yet after a few more half marathons, it was time to tackle full marathons and an Ironman triathlon (3.8km swim, 180km bike, 42.2km run)
- Gold Coast Half Marathon, 2023: 1:32:35 hours
- Sunshine Coast Marathon, 2019: 3:36 hours, 3rd 25-29 yrs
- Lisbon Eco Marathon (debut marathon), 2019: 2nd female overall
- GC50 12.5km 2021: 3rd female Overall
- Jetty to Jetty Half Marathon 2018: 1:42 hours
- 2019 ITU Duathlon World Championships: 2nd, 25-29 yrs
- 2018 ITU Triathlon Grand Final, 18th, 20-24yrs
- 2017 ITU Triathlon Grand Final, 28th, 20-24 yrs
- Ironman Cairns, 2021: 10:59:55 hours, 4th
- Ironman 70.3 Sunshine Coast 2022: 4:41:21 hours, 8th
- Ironman 70.3 Sunshine Coast 2020: 5:06hrs, 5th
- Mooloolaba Triathlon, 2020: 3rd in age group. Course PB: 2:21:14 hours




What To Expect
Over a 30-40 minute video call, we will chat through your goals, training, any events you have coming up, medical history, typical day of eating, and answer any questions you have. We then put the pieces of the puzzles together and discuss strategies. From here, you can get a Nutrition Plan, sign up to a package for more cost effective and regular support, or keep in touch when you need.
