  • A comprehensive assessment of your injury, running history and contributing factors, followed by hands-on treatment and a personalised plan to support your recovery.

Running Rehabilitation & Return to Running

Individualised rehabilitation to rebuild strength and safely return to running.

Includes:
  • A tailored program addressing strength, mobility, running capacity and training load, with guidance to progressively return to your usual distance and intensity.

Running Performance & Injury Prevention

Optimise your running, address weaknesses and reduce your risk of future injury.

Includes:
  • Assessment of strength, movement and running-related factors, with practical exercises and advice to improve resilience, performance and running efficiency.

Myotherapy

Targeted hands-on treatment to reduce muscle tension, pain and movement restrictions.

Includes:
  • Individualised soft tissue treatment addressing muscular tension, mobility restrictions and areas of discomfort, helping you move more freely and support recovery. Dry needling available if appropriate.

Remedial Massage

Hands-on treatment to support recovery, reduce muscle tension and keep your body moving well.

Includes:
  • Targeted massage tailored to your needs, whether you’re managing muscle tightness, recovering from training or looking to maintain mobility and prevent niggles.
