Kedumba Half Marathon
Welcome to the Kedumba Half Marathon, a thrilling and challenging trail running event that will push your limits amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Australia. Lace-up your shoes and get ready to embark on a journey filled with adrenaline and natural beauty.
- Date: 2025 (TBC), starting at 7:30 am
- Location: Old Queen Victoria Hospital, Kings Tableland Road, Wentworth Falls
- Distances: 21km / 10km
- Terrain: Brace yourself for over 800m of elevation gain, including fast downhill stretches, a refreshing river crossing, and a demanding climb out of the valley.
- Highlights: Marvel at the stunning views of Kedumba Walls, Jamison Valley, Kedumba Valley, and Mt. Solitary as you conquer the rugged terrain.
Event Details
- Registration: $65 for both distances, with no on-the-day entries permitted.
- Aid Stations: Stay hydrated and energized with water, electrolytes, fruits, and snacks at designated points along the course.
- Age Requirement: Most events require runners to be 16 years or older. Special considerations can be made for younger participants upon request.
- Volunteer Opportunities: Join us as a volunteer and be part of the event's success by assisting with various roles.
- Safety Measures: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, no headphones are allowed during the run. Running poles are permitted, but runners are advised to be considerate of others on the trail.
