Competitor Information: - Race Rules: Follow specified regulations for a safe and fair event - Course: Marked with pink tape, signage, and arrows for clear navigation - Start Times: 24km at 8:00am, 14km at 8:15am, 6km at 8:20am - Mandatory Gear: Ensure you carry required items for a safe run - 2 x compression bandages - Fully charged phone with the EMERGENCY+ app - 1L of water - Race plate with timing chip
