About Project Run

Project Run delivers coaching across running, strength and nutrition, helping athletes from 5km to endurance and ultra-distance events. Programs are tailored for road, trail and track runners, with a philosophy centred on personal growth, resilience and performance optimisation.
Project Run also donates 2% of proceeds to Bush Heritage Australia, supporting conservation and protection of wild places.
