About James Sieber

I come from a background in downhill ski racing, competing for England, and working as an instructor and race coach for nearly 10 years. After retiring from ski racing, I transitioned into powerlifting, setting multiple regional and national records. After moving to Australia and living a less active lifestyle for a few years, I returned to strength training and embraced road and trail running.

As of December 2024, I work full-time as an online running and strength coach. This allows me to provide the communication, accountability, and support that every athlete deserves. I help athletes progress toward their goals and discover their potential in a way that fits their unique lifestyles.
