- Distances: 45 km, 36 km, 22 km, 5 km
- Registration: 6:30 A.M.
- Briefing: 6:50 A.M.
- Start Time: 7:00 A.M.
- Presentations: From 1:00 P.M. in the Village Square

- Entry Fees: Range from $40 to $100 per person, with late entry fees applicable post 1st December.
Important Notes:
- Experience Required: Long course runners need trail running experience and high fitness levels.
- Navigation: Basic map reading skills are recommended, though the course is marked.
- Age Limit: 5 years old for 5 km and 12 years old for 22 km unless approved by the Race Director.
