I’m not just a running coach—I’m a running longevity coach with over five years of experience, having worked with internationally renowned coaches to develop a holistic approach that prioritizes power, resilience, and longevity in running. My coaching is specifically tailored for runners over 35, focusing on helping them maintain their love for running while avoiding injury and burnout.

My method incorporates functional movement to improve efficiency and reduce injury, alongside mindfulness and breathing techniques to enhance both the mental and physical aspects of running. A key focus of my coaching is on building mental resilience and a positive running mindset, ensuring that running becomes a sustainable and enjoyable part of life, rather than a source of stress.

I provide online group and 1-1 training as a core part of my offerings, supported by a wealth of video, audio, and written resources to help runners improve their movement, technique, mindset, breathing, and training strategies. This holistic system ensures that athletes have the tools to become stronger and more efficient runners and humans, no matter where they are in their journey.

Although I train people primarily online, I also offer in-person sessions for those who are locally available and looking for a more hands-on approach. My programs are built around the idea that running should enhance your life, not dominate it, and I’m dedicated to helping athletes of all levels achieve their personal bests while enjoying the process.
