
Throughout the week, we go on a few runs that cover a range of distances. This means that there is something for all levels/abilities, regardless of if you’re at the beginning of your running journey or well into it. Our main priority is to create a fun and encouraging community that people want to be a part of. That’s why our runs are completed at a chatting pace, so that you can get to know those you run with and create meaningful connections. Come along to a session that you feel comfortable participating in. If you need some support from someone familiar, bring a friend - the more the merrier!
