Vic Milers Club – Meet 1 Event Highlights

• Middle-distance focus with 800m, 1500m and mile races.
• Open to athletes of all abilities — must be 12 years or older to compete.
• Regular track meets that match you against runners of similar ability.
• Chance to chase state, national and international qualifying performances and records.
• World Athletics–permit races (where listed) can earn World Athletics ranking points and be ratified internationally; other events carry state permit status for National Championship qualification.
• All VMC meets are granted National Permit Meet (NPM) status unless stated otherwise.
• A & B race athletes (and Open & U20 athletes attempting records/qualifiers) must submit an AV online Shoe Declaration and wear World Athletics–compliant shoes or performances won’t be ratified.
• Entry fees: AV Athlete Member $15; Non‑AV Athlete Member $25 (Recreational Runner memberships included as Non‑AV).
• Register and pay to enter, receive a confirmation email, and contact Athletics Victoria BEFORE the closing date if you have issues.
