Event Highlights

• The 50km Ultra Marathon starts at Wilmington, offering stunning views of Hidden Gorge before a thrilling 8 km descent from the summit of Mt. Remarkable into Melrose.
• The 32km Trail Run will also begin at Wilmington, culminating in the same epic descent into Melrose.
• For a shorter but equally rewarding challenge, take on the "King of the Mount," a 15km run up to the summit and back down.
• All finishers of the 50km, 32km, and 15km races will receive a well-deserved medal as they cross the finish line.

Qualifying Criteria

The 50km and 32km races are limited to 50 runners each, ensuring a personalized and safe experience for all participants. To tackle the rugged terrain of Mt. Remarkable National Park, a qualifying criteria is in place to match the challenge level of the course.

Bib Pick-up & Pre-Race Dinner

Bib pick-up will be held on Friday, May 24th, at the North Star Hotel in Melrose. Enjoy a pre-race dinner and connect with fellow runners before the big day.

After-Party & Medal Presentations

Celebrate your achievements at the after-party at Jacka Brothers Brewery in Melrose. The top finishers in each distance will be honored with medals, creating unforgettable memories of your Melrose Running Festival experience.
