DOSE Running; committed to the novice and recreational runner, this is running reimagined, redefined, and rejuvenated. It’s only a crazy dream until you do it. We’re here to make that process simple, enjoyable and sustainable.

Long before I even knew what the DOSE chemicals/hormones were, I felt the benefits of them on my mind and body, and even as a child wondered why I responded so well to running while others tended to hate it.
Online/In-Person: Do you predominately offer one, or both?
DOSE Running offers both in-person training and online.
In-Person:
We offer 5+ adult in-person group sessions per week, including our entry level ‘learn & return to run’ classes, and ‘established runner’ group classes.
Private in-person sessions upon request are available.
We’re also proud to deliver the ‘Kids Adventure Running’ program before and after-school, cultivating a positive relationship with exercise, community and nature to nurture a lifelong love of running, and set a foundation for performance pursuits too.
Online:
We support runners across Australia through our online service.
Online runners tend to fall into two categories
- Performance focused: We factor in their hectic life schedule, and optimise training, recovery and annual periodisation to optimise their results, be that a sub 3 hour marathon, an ultra-marathon podium or a 10km personal best.
- Novice or injury prone
Road/Trail: Do you specialise in trail running, road running, or both?
Our In-Person sessions are in an urban setting, however we’re spoilt
We support runners in both trail and road running, and help many urban runners prepare for trail events.
