An experienced runner and Athletics Australia certified running coach who has a passion for helping people achieve their running and fitness goals. I come from a background of running and professional coaching and leadership in large corporate organisations. I have a deep analytical background and through my journey have been lucky enough to have had access to brilliant mindset coaches whose teachings I embed in my own coaching.

Who we coach
We coach runners of all abilities and from all backgrounds. Whether you come from a fitness background or are just starting out, we will work with you to develop a plan to help you hit your goals. We coach distance runners aiming to run all distances starting at 5km through to ultra marathon distances. Our athletes compete in events which range from the local parkrun, big city marathons like Melbourne and Sydney and trail ultras such as the Ultra Trail Australia 100km race.

My running experience
- Completed 21 marathons with a personal best of 2:50:09
- Completed 3 ultra-trail Australia 100km races with a personal best of 13:06
- Completed the Tarawera 100 mile race, finishing 9th in 22:34
- Completed 2 Six Foot Track trail marathons with a personal best of 4:49
- Completed the Narrabeen all-night 12 hour run, completing 105kms and finishing 4th.
- Completed multiple half marathons with a personal best of 1:21:50
- Completed multiple trail and road 50km races including Ultra Trail Australia 50km and Hume and Hovell 50km, placing 4th.
